The North Carolina Republican Party will begin running the “Extreme” ad on Tuesday, April 29.    

Chairman Linda Daves, North Carolina Republican Party, made the following statement:

“Jerry Meek should disavow Richard Moore and Beverly Perdue’s ads designed to divide North Carolinians based on race.  While Meek is out trying to cast stones, his glass house is falling apart.  Get control of your own party before you make more hypocritical public statements.”
